Rules

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of the online store to indicate the conditions of delivery and return, as well as the right to recall. Such a reservation is called a remote agreement (Cabinet Rules).

Remote contract

The seller of goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, hereby enter into the following Agreement:

The seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order of the Buyer.

Delivery and payment terms

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods that must be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods using payment tools built into the online store, or by paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is made in electronic form and is valid without a signature.

The seller undertakes to ensure the delivery of goods within 2 business days from the receipt of payment for the goods as agreed with the buyer.

Right to refuse

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Product by sending a letter of recall to the Seller. The seller sends the Buyer a cancellation letter form by email at the request of the Buyer.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 7 days from the date of sending the letter of rejection. All expenses incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

ordered goods are inherently non-refundable, perishable or quickly consumed;

the ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;

the buyer opened a package of audio or video or computer programs.

The sixth paragraph of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right to withdraw or refund in case of damage to the Product, neglect of the Product during use or failure to follow instructions, loss of the original packaging or material damage to the packaging.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified email address.

SAFETY OF USE

Does the product have health warnings?

Since the product contains nicotine, the main message is located on its packaging: “THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS NICOTINE, WHICH IS ADDICTIVE”.

We also warn that:

- It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use for those who do not smoke and do not use nicotine.

- NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS:

• Under 18

• Having medical contraindications for the use of tobacco or nicotine

• Pregnant or lactating women

- IMPORTANT: Stop use immediately and consult a doctor if unusual or unpleasant sensations are noted during use.
